Louis Feuillée focuses his practice on both domestic and international private equity, corporate and M&A transactions. He advises private equity funds, industrial and services listed and non-listed companies, including on cross-border transactions. He focuses his practice on corporate matters, with skill in complex contentious matters and securities law.
Results
- Advised Arval, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas specializing in full service vehicle leasing, in connection with the acquisition of GE Capital’s European fleet management activity (vehicles assets amount to EUR 2.4bn in 12 European countries)*
- Advised BC Partners on the acquisition of 100% of the securities issued by Promontoria MCS Holding, the holding company of the MCS group, from certain affiliates of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. and group managers*
- Advised Ineo (Engie group), Tempocap funds, Clipperton Finance, Bpifrance and the managers on the sale of Ercom, an innovative French communications, data and cybersecurity business to Thales*
- Advised Nestlé on its agreement to sell a 60% stake of Herta (cold cuts and meat-based products in six European countries plus Herta dough business in France and Belgium) to Casa Tarradellas*
- Advised Belgian privately held investment company Cobepa on its acquisition from ICG of the Gerflor Group. Cobepa becomes the majority shareholder and ICG retains a significant minority stake, as does the management, in the new shareholder structure of Gerflor, which also includes Crédit Mutuel Private Equity*
- Advised Centerbridge Partners in connection with the shareholding and financial reorganization of the Frans Bonhomme group and equity injection by Hayfin*
