Overview
Ludia Kwon’s employment practice covers FCRA class action litigation, wage and hour class action litigation and employment counseling. Ludia is a member of McDermott’s Pandemic Response Employment Subgroup and advises on COVID-19 related employment issues including vaccination, face coverings and paid leave.
While in law school, Ludia served as a certified law clerk in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California. She also was Senior Articles Editor for the Asian American Law Journal.
