Marion von Grönheim focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and finance transactions. She is highly experienced in cross-border finance transactions, corporate restructuring and insolvency law issues.
Previously, Marion worked in Hamburg, Frankfurt and the US and spent three years as managing director in a medium-sized transportation company.

- Advised Windjammer Capital and its portfolio company The Hilsinger Company on the add-on acquisition of I NEED YOU The Frame company
- Advised VR Equitypartner on the acquisition of a stake in DITTRICH+CO GmbH & Co. KG
- Advising Investcorp on the acquisition of the Contentserv Group
- Advised giropay GmbH on the sale of giropay to paydirekt GmbH
- Advised Investcorp Technology Partners on its €165 million acquisition of Avira Holding GmbH & Co KG and ALV GmbH & Co KG (“Avira”), Germany’s leading cybersecurity company
- Advised Mastercard Europe SA on its investment in ThinxNet GmbH, a German FinTech company, in connection with a Series C financing
