Overview


Marius Schüle focuses his practice on international Venture Debt and Corporate Leverage Finance transactions. He is also active in the field of legal tech, with a focus on artificial intelligence, contract automation and blockchain.

Marius studied law at the University of Heidelberg and at the University of Winnipeg, Canada. Before joining McDermott as an attorney, he worked as a research assistant at an international business law firm in the area of compliance as well as at McDermott in the area of legal tech. He was also a research assistant for the Rhineland-Palatinate State Parliament, focusing on renewable energies.
