Martina Lüdtke is responsible for the knowledge management for our German offices where she co-leads strategic knowledge management initiatives, working closely with the corporate practice. She has particular experience in stock corporation law including corporate governance and corporate litigation. Knowledge management supports our lawyers in their work by maintaining and updating the knowhow collection and creating and collecting legal materials to improve work performance and drive better value to our clients.

Before joining McDermott, Martina worked in the corporate and M&A group of an international law firm in Düsseldorf and Cologne. After several years advising clients, she became a member of the firm’s knowledge management team.
