Matthew (Matt) A. Waring focuses his practice on Supreme Court and appellate litigation and critical motions practice in trial courts. In addition to regularly briefing complex issues and appeals, he has argued numerous cases in federal and state courts across the country, including in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for Second, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits. Matt has particularly significant experience in antitrust, administrative law, consumer class action, data privacy, and ERISA matters.
