  • Represented Great Point Partners in connection with multiple investments, acquisitions and divestitures, including the acquisitions of Bionova Scientific, a leading biologistics company, Axiom Real-Time Metrics, a provider of eClinical solutions and services; and various add-on acquisitions for United Claim Solutions, a provider of payment integrity solutions in the medical space, the sale of Caprion Proteomics, a provider of protein targets and biomarker services; and various add-on acquisitions for Biotronic NeuroNetwork, a leading provider of neurophysiological intraoperative monitoring services
  • Represented Industrial Opportunity Partners in connection with multiple investments, acquisitions and divestitures, including the acquisitions (and related add-on acquisitions) of Toledo Molding & Die, a full-service automotive supplier that designs, develops and manufactures highly engineered molded thermoplastic components and assemblies; the acquisition of Betty Machine Company, a precision machining manufacturer of close tolerance parts primarily for automotive applications; and the sale of FAS Controls, a leading manufacturer of electromechanical devices, pneumatic control valves and lighting products for commercial vehicles and equipment, diesel engines and powersport vehicles
  • Represented Millard Refrigerated Services, Inc., a leading temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics company, in its sales to Lineage Logistics, LLC
