Matthew J. Barnett focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing companies in complex commercial matters and internal investigations. Matthew has additional strength in public interest advocacy.
Prior to joining McDermott, Matthew worked as an associate in a global law firm in New York and clerked for the Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In law school, Matthew was a notes editor for the New York University Law Review.
