Overview
Michael (Mike) D. Ferrara is a commercial litigator who focuses on public accounting defense work and representing investment funds in breach-of-contract disputes. Mike’s approach is to advocate firmly, while preserving industry relationships for his clients whenever possible.
He litigates in Illinois Federal and State courts and also advises his clients on litigation strategy in other national jurisdictions. Mike also utilizes arbitration and mediation to help his clients resolve business disputes that don’t warrant traditional litigation.
Prior to pursuing a legal education, Mike developed a passion for business development and solving client problems. During law school Mike received two CALI Awards for excellent achievement in the studies of Negotiations: Fall 2019 and Litigation Lab: Spring 2020.
