Nicole Rae Morales advises clients on corporate matters. Drawing on her experience researching critical issues in areas such as securities, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and private equity, Nicole drafts and revises a variety of legal documents for clients, as well as performs due diligence for large and complex transactions.
While in law school, Nicole served as a legal intern at the Gang Violence & Hate Crime Bureau of the Queens District Attorney’s Office. She also served as a mentor for the Women’s Legal Alliance and participated in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Mentoring Program.
