Overview
Nate McKeon focuses his practice on private client and wealth management matters. Nate works with high-net-worth individuals and families, family offices and trust companies on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax issues and matters related to trust and estate drafting and administration.
He frequently drafts wills, trust agreements and powers of attorney for high-net-worth individuals. Nate also regularly researches various aspects of the federal transfer tax in order to help advise clients on wealth transfer methods that accomplish their goals.
While in law school, Nate served as an extern for the Honorable John Robert Blakey of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was also community editor for the Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy.
