Overview
David R. Neville focuses his practice on commercial real estate and real estate finance.
David represents buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders throughout the United States in the acquisition, disposition and financing of complex commercial real estate transactions, including those in connection with private equity and M&A transactions, health care transactions, direct investing and family office transactions, and retail developments. He has extensive commercial leasing experience representing both landlords and tenants in office, health care, retail, manufacturing, warehousing and industrial leasing transactions. David also represents private client and wealth management clients in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including strategic inter-family and estate planning transfers and gift transactions.
While in law school, David was an associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review, co-president of the College of Law’s Public Interest Law Foundation and a contributor to the College of Law’s Prisoners’ Rights Research Project. Prior to attending law school, David was a staff photojournalist for a newspaper in the San Francisco Bay area.
