Nicolas Chaubet focuses his practice on all aspects of French labor and employment law. He advises French and international companies on various individual and collective aspects of labor relations, including the hiring and termination of employees, establishment of and guidance through company restructuring, including social plans, and management relations with staff representative groups, and due diligence.

Nicolas also handles litigation before the French courts (both collective actions and individual cases).
