Preny Sarkissian focuses her practice on litigation matters.
While in law school, Preny served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Dolly M. Gee of the US District Court for the Central District of California. She was a member of the USC Gould School of Law Hale Moot Court Honors Program, where she earned the Anthony and Susan Taylor Written Advocacy Award for Best Brief.
Results
- Defended the co-founders of a luxury candy company against claims of federal trademark infringement in violation of Section 32 of the Lanham Act, and four related common-law and California causes of action, resulting in complete summary judgment on all five causes of action
