Rebecca (Becky) Dufur, focuses her practice on the representation of leading academic and research institutions, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies in complex licensing, collaboration and strategic alliance transactions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Becky served as an in-house counsel at a multinational company and acted as a contracts team lead at Boston’s largest health system. Becky advises clients on a variety of legal issues and transactions including licenses, options, master services agreements, manufacture and supply, quality, research collaborations, material transfer, CRO and lab services agreements, clinical trial and other sponsored research agreements.
