Daniel Reich advises in the areas of patent, trademark and competition law as well as on private construction law and commercial law. His focus thereby lies on litigation in these areas of the law. Daniel Reich has a wealth of experience litigating cases before all major courts in Germany. He is a member of the IP Litigation Practice Group.
Prior to joining McDermott, Daniel worked for a boutique law firm in the field of private construction law including litigation matters. Before his admittance to the Munich bar as a lawyer, he worked on a civil law chair at a German university and for a prestigious international law firm in the field of commercial dispute resolution.
