David Y. Rhee focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. He has worked with various practice groups, including Trial, White-Collar, Health and intellectual property Litigation to help facilitate the electronic discovery process. He has worked on a wide range of matters, including product liability/mass torts, antitrust, securities, corporate due diligence, professional design malpractice, intellectual property and patent prosecution, government investigations and false claims actions in qui tam cases. In addition, David acquired extensive bench and jury trial experience while previously defending insurance and personal injury claims. David also maintains a very active pro bono practice.
While in law school, David taught basic street law to high school students in underprivileged communities. He also advocated for US Military Veterans and indigent clients before administrative law judges.
