Elizabeth M. Rowe focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has experience with a wide array of matters, including breach of contract actions, employment litigation, and class actions. In particular, Elizabeth regularly represents clients in Department of Labor (DOL) investigations and litigation involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Recently, Elizabeth argued before the Seventh Circuit on behalf of a client appealing the district court’s dismissal of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.
