Overview
Ryan Vines focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate and real estate transactions. He represents borrowers, lenders, investors, funds, purchasers, sellers and developers in the acquisition, disposition, financing, refinancing and development of real estate assets. Ryan previously represented insurance companies in the closing of balance sheet lending and institutional lenders in the closing of CMBS lending intended for securitization or other sale on the secondary market.
During law school, Ryan was editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.
