Overview
Saba Bajwa focuses her practice on privacy and cybersecurity matters. Saba provides compliance advice and guidance on the impact of evolving domestic and international privacy regimes. She has experience advising clients on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other data security and privacy laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and data breach notification laws.
While in law school, Saba served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law and Innovation.
