Samuel DiPietro focuses his practice on US and international tax structuring matters.
Samuel is a certified public accountant. Prior to attending law school, he was a tax associate at a leading global accounting firm.
While in law school, Samuel served as an extern at the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel, Large Business & International Division. He also served on the student editorial board of The Tax Lawyer and was associate editor of the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology.
