Overview
Adam Schoen is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. His experience includes representing fund sponsors in the formation, documentation, negotiation and operation of private equity funds, credit funds, buyout funds and infrastructure funds.
While earning his law degree, Adam interned at the Organized Crimes and Rackets Bureau of the Queens District Attorney’s Office and following graduation Adam worked at a multinational law firm. He was also an associate editor of the Cornell Journal of Public Policy.
