Dr. Eva Schöneich advises clients on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. She has extensive knowledge in acting on cross-border transactions. Her clients are corporate entities (including state-owned or government funded), financial institutions and investors.
Previously, Eva has served as a public officer (Referentin) with the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. In that capacity, she advised on corporate law, budget law and government grants and negotiated with other ministries and the European Commission on new legal regulations.
Eva started her professional career as a lawyer in the corporate team of an international law firm in Frankfurt. During that time, she was seconded to the corporate and equity capital markets teams of a German bank.
