Shaalu Mehra advises clients on corporate and technology transactions, with an emphasis on emerging company venture capital, corporate venture capital, multinational joint ventures, technology procurement, and IP acquisition / licensing. His clients range from Fortune 50 multinationals making “bet-the-company” technology investments — including FAANG companies, automakers, energy producers, telcos, and chipmakers — to first-time founders new to the EC/VC ecosystem. He has practiced in Silicon Valley since graduating law school in the late 90s and has a background as a computer science researcher and software developer.
