Overview
Elizabeth H. Shereff is an experienced litigator who handles all stages of a trial – from motion practice to strategic negotiations – for Fortune 500 clients in high-stakes cases. She has experience with appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, trials in the Delaware Court of Chancery, complex merger disputes, antitrust litigation, and securities class actions in both New York and California. Additionally, Elizabeth has advised on information security laws and product liability laws in corporate mergers.
Prior to joining the Firm, Elizabeth was a judicial intern for Judge Raymond Dearie of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on asylum, domestic violence, and transgender legal name change cases.
