Michael (Mike) S. Stanek is a client-focused compliance, investigations, and litigation lawyer. He represents corporations, boards and individuals in a range of investigation, enforcement and litigation matters; including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption laws, the federal securities laws, healthcare fraud, and corporate disputes. He has extensive e-discovery experience and is highly skilled in designing and managing complex multinational investigations.
