Anna Steudner focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financings and reorganizations.
As a legal trainee, Anna worked for the European Commission, the German Federal Ministry of Justice and an international law firm in Berlin. She also worked for more than two years as an in-house lawyer in Germany, and is a published author.
