Thibault Stumm focuses his practice on tax law, and provides general tax advice to French and multinational groups of companies, with an emphasis on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and group restructurings.
Prior to joining McDermott, Thibault worked as an associate in the corporate tax department of another international law firm.
