Stacie E. Trott focuses her practice on highly-structured corporate and commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on European and Asian cross-border matters. She specializes in advising institutional private equity firms, global investment managers and real estate investment funds in complex joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings of office, hotel, multi-family and retail assets.
Stacie has in-depth experience throughout the U.S., the U.K., Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, Japan, Korea and Australia.
While in law school, Stacie served as the managing editor for the Fordham Environmental Law Review.
