Calli Turner focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has significant experience with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). She has also worked on matters involving shareholder disputes, covenants not to compete, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Calli has a wide range of litigation experience in both federal and state court, including taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, working with expert and fact witnesses, and managing complex electronic discovery.
Calli maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients from the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, the Human Rights Initiative, and Catholic Charities.
After finishing first in her law school class, Calli went on to serve as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Judge Reed O’Connor of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas.
