Andrew Vergunst draws on his extensive experience to help high-net-worth individuals, multinational families and their businesses, executives and entrepreneurs with matters related to international and cross-border trust, tax, estate and strategic planning. He advises clients on integrated international tax planning and structuring, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance/estate tax, employment benefit and migration planning, with a particular focus on the UK, the United States and South Africa.
Andrew has led a number of seminars in the UK and South Africa on pre-migration planning for high-net-worth individuals and executives relocating for business and personal reasons.
