Overview


Viola Walther works for German and international clients on commercial disputes in intellectual property law, product liability law, antitrust and competition matters. Viola has experience in the automotive, consumer goods, electronics, energy, and life-science industry.

Prior to joining McDermott, Viola worked for an international law firm in Munich and Paris, in the areas of product liability, product safety and product compliance law. In addition to her German law degree, Viola obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in French law (Licence en droit) from the University of Toulouse.
