Michael T. Wasenius focuses his practice on corporate matters and transactions.
While in law school, Michael was a member of the Journal of Law and Social Problems. He was an intern for the Office of the State Attorney General Investor Protection Bureau, where he supported ongoing investigations and litigation under New York’s Martin Act and other anti-fraud statutes.
