Overview


Jake Wittwer is a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where he focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, as well as white-collar civil and criminal matters.

While earning his law degree, Jake served as a research fellow, guiding first-year students in legal research and writing. He also worked as a research assistant to vice dean and professor of law Christopher A. Whytock, contributing to the American Law Institute’s Restatement (Third) of Conflict of Laws, and clerked for a nonprofit law firm, supporting attorneys in eviction defense cases.
