Jonathan Yang focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.
Having served as a public defender, Jonathan’s experience includes representing hundreds of clients in misdemeanor and felony cases. He has taken 20 cases to jury verdict, and secured five acquittals and two dismissals along with other positive outcomes. As a former paralegal in McDermott’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Jonathan organized and managed billion-dollar complex IP litigation cases, managing digital and hardcopy discovery processes, preparing materials and exhibits for trial, and performing legal research on discovery and patent issues.
