Overview


Linda Zeman advises clients on corporate law with a particular focus on private equity. She counsels clients on various corporate matters including add-on acquisitions, debt and equity investments, restructuring and sales. She has experience in a variety of industries including entertainment, energy, manufacturing and finance, and has previously advised on general corporate taxation. Linda has spent time in prominent international and domestic law firms both in the UK and Australia. Linda has contributed to various publications including the Australian Revenue Law Journal: Vol. 17: Issue 1 with her article titled “Federal Commissioner of Taxation v. Hart: Did the High Court set the Threshold too Low?”
