Melissa R. Alvarez focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has experience counseling clients in matters associated with major toxic tort, commercial and business litigation, the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). She also has represented real estate developers on issues involving the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act (ILSA) and the Florida Condominium Act.
While in law school, Melissa was an intern with the Education Advocacy Project for the Legal Aid Society of New York.
