Erin Kansy focuses her practice on real estate and real estate finance, and represents private equity funds, banks, real estate companies and REITs in a wide variety of real estate transactions.
She also represents borrowers and lenders on structuring and documenting all types of real estate transactions, commercial real estate owners and investors on acquisition, disposition and joint venture matters and landlords and tenants in a variety of lease transactions.
During law school, Erin was a production editor for the Akron Law Review Editorial Board.
