Théophile Jomier focuses his practice on complex corporate transactions, in particular, on restructurings and refinancings. He has a wealth of experience in financial and commercial disputes and a strong background in international finance.

Prior to joining McDermott, Théophile spent several years at an elite restructuring and insolvency law firm.
