DC’s litigation experience includes bet-the-company corporate governance disputes, class action and single plaintiff securities fraud cases, cryptocurrency transactions and complex commercial disputes. He also represents companies and individuals in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by regulatory and law enforcement agencies, civil cases with parallel criminal proceedings, and responses to government subpoenas and civil investigative demands.
