Judith Wethall commented on the Department of Labor’s rule on association health plans. “There’s a sense from one group that we are undermining the ACA and taking away protections from plan participants. On the flip side, there’s a sense we are helping employers and encouraging them to provide coverage where there wasn’t coverage before,” Wethall said. “Depending on where you fall on the political spectrum, you’re going to be in one of those camps.”
