Overview
Cheryl Daly focuses her practice on US and international estate, gift, and income tax planning and compliance.
Prior to joining McDermott, she counseled some of the largest private equity fund sponsors, representing them in a wide range of high-profile fundraising cycles. She advised fund sponsors on the formation, operation, marketing, and regulatory compliance of US and offshore investment vehicles, focusing on various asset classes, including credit, real estate, infrastructure, secondary, and co-investment funds.
While earning her law degree, Cheryl interned at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
