Milo Molfa is Co-Head of the London Trial Group and focuses his practice on complex, high-profile international commercial arbitrations, investor-state disputes under public international law, and state court proceedings ancillary to arbitration across a wide range of industries, including airlines, aviation and aerospace, automotive, construction and infrastructure, energy, media and advertising, oil and gas, and metals and mining.
Over the past 16 years, Milo has acted as lead counsel and advocate in no less than 70 international investment treaty arbitration, international commercial arbitrations, and state court proceedings ancillary to arbitration across the globe.

- Representing Itinera S.p.A., an Italian multinational infrastructure company, as claimant in Danish-seated arbitration proceedings arising out of a design and build contract for the construction of the Storstrøm bridge, Denmark’s third largest bridge, under the Rules of the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.
- Representing Tecnimont S.p.A., an Italian multinational contractor, and its Russian subsidiary, MT Russia LLC, as claimants and counterclaim respondents in ICC, London-seated arbitration proceedings against one of the world’s largest fertilizer manufacturers, arising out of contracts for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a fertilizer plant, performance of which was affected by financial and trade sanctions enacted in 2022 by the EU in response to Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine.
