McDermott Will & Schulte represented Anson Funds in its agreement with SPS Commerce, Inc., the leading intelligent supply chain network, which resulted in meaningful board refreshment, including the appointment of two new independent directors and the departure of a long-tenured director. One of the new independent directors will join the board’s finance & strategy committee, which has a mandate to review operational, strategic and financial matters, with a focus on enhancing shareholder value.
