Fla. Consumer Fights to Keep Burger King Receipt Suit Going

Anthony Upshaw, Kerry Scanlon and Jeremy White continue to defend Burger King against a Florida man’s damage claim from the restaurant’s printing of too many credit card digits on his receipt. The lawyers argued in a motion to dismiss that the claim cannot demonstrate any injury.
