Overview
Harris Siskind was appointed McDermott’s global head of its corporate and transactional practice group, effective immediately. Mr. Siskind, who advises clients on private equity and M&A transactions and general corporate matters, succeeds Ira Coleman, the Firm’s new Chair as of January 1, 2017.
