Overview
Harris Siskind, currently co-head of the private equity practice, has been named new global head of the Firm’s corporate and transactional practice. Mr. Siskind said he will focus on hiring new talent including lateral partners (especially in New York, Silicon Valley and London) but will not “take on an administrative job full-time but to do it in connection with maintaining my practice.”
