Overview
Dr. Henrik Holzapfel has strengthened McDermott’s IP practice in Germany, leaving another German firm to become a partner in the Düsseldorf office. Dr. Holzapfel is particularly versed in patent processes involving chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and although he is the office’s first IP lawyer he joins three others based in the Munich office.
