Overview
Rebecca Martin, who during 15 years in the US attorney’s Manhattan office served as co-chief of the civil frauds unit and led investigations and prosecutions involving violations of the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback statute, will have a similar focus as a litigation partner with the New York office.
