Merging Hospitals Say Documents Safe With In-House Counsel

David Hanselman Jr., Ashley Fischer and Kaitlin Sheehan continue to represent a group of Chicago area intervenor hospitals seeking confidentiality for highly sensitive documents subpoenaed by the FTC relating to the proposed merger of two other hospitals. The intervenors want the documents open to outside counsel, not in-house lawyers for the merging hospitals.
